Christian nationalism is the relationship of nationalism to a particular christian religious belief, dogma, or affiliation. This relationship can be broken down into two aspects: the politicisation of religion and the influence of religion on politics.

In the run-up to the U.S. midterm elections, some politicians continue to ride the wave of what’s known as “Christian nationalism” in ways that are increasingly vocal and direct.

GOP Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, a far-right Donald Trump loyalist from Georgia, told an interviewer on July 23, 2022, that the Republican Party “need[s] to be the party of nationalism. And I’m a Christian, and I say it proudly, we should be Christian nationalists.”

Christian nationalist movement is regarded as «ethnic and political as it is religious,” noting that it relies on the assumption of white supremacy. Christian nationalism combines belief in a particular form of Christianity with nativist and populist political platforms.

The vast majority of Christian nationalists never engage in violence. Nonetheless, Christian nationalist thinking suggests that unless Christians control the state, the state will suppress Christianity.

Trump is the Messiah

I know, this is getting really weird, Trump is the least christian you can get, nontheless he’s been chosen as the new Messiah

The issue is that every day there are more people who join this idea that Christianity is in danger and that Donald is the guide who is going to save Christianity. If you’ve ever bothered to read our constitution, you  know  the federal government is not supposed to promote any particular religion or Force religion upon all of us, but that rhetoric is something that we’re hearing from more and more from Republican voters,  and now we actually have a poll from Politico and the University of Maryland that she finds that the majority of Republican voters want the United States to be declared a Christian Nation.

Christian nationalism is the religion of white supremacy they have colonized Christ they’ve gentrified Jesus and now they’re trying to tell us that what we need to do is to be acountry that worships the god
